Refunds & Returns
Prints : If a print arrives damaged, please return within 14 days. Upon receipt another print will be furnished at no additional cost.
Prints : If unsatisfied with the print then return the print within 14 days of receiving the print, and a full refund will be made if the print is in original condition. The cost of return shipping must be incurred by the customer.
Original artworks :
Quotes will be given per work and depend on the size of the work & destination. If an artwork is damaged during shipment a full refund will be made to the customer. The damaged artwork must be returned to the artist in 14 days in order to receive a refund. The cost of returning a damaged painting will be incurred by Adele Zomer. If the customer is not satisfied with the original artwork the work must be returned within 14 days of receiving the work, in original condition, with the customer being financially responsible for return shipment and packing. When received by the artist, in original condition, the customer will be refunded the price paid for the original artwork.
